Inkeri Markkula

Inkeri Markkula is a writer and biologist whose research work consists of studying the northern nature.

Markkula’s research has taken her to the Arctic regions, and she has lived in Lapland, Iceland and Svalbard.

The author’s debut novel Two People per Minute (2016) was nominated for the Helsingin Sanomat Literature Prize as one of the best debut novels of the year.
