Everyone living under the roof of the Jungle Villa knows that Rupert is a master of inventions. When a storm approaches the city, the other residents suggest that Rupert could invent something to ward it off. 

 

Rupert puts all his skills into play, he wants to be the hero the others portray him as. But trying to influence the forces of nature is harder than anyone can imagine. And when no ideas emerge, Rupert feels as gloomy as the dark sky over the city. Can failure be a stroke of luck?
