Kristian Eskild Jensen

Kristian Eskild Jensen (b. 1972) is a renowed Danish illustrator who graduated from the Kent Institute of Art and Design in Maidstone, UK, in 1999. Since 2000, he has worked with illustrations, animations and graphic design.

Jensen has illustrated numerous Danish comic series and picture books, and won the Danish Ministry of Culture’s Illustrator Prize in 2017 for the book Og de onde lo. 

In 2022, the illustrator with author Martin Glaz Serup brought out the story collection Trolden på tredje og to andre eventyr, or The Troll on the Third Floor and Two Other Tales, which impressively resembles old Danish classics with its mesmerizing pictures.
