Sofia Torvalds by Linus Lindholm

Sofia Torvalds (b. 1970) is a journalist and writer. She has previously written award-winning non-fiction books about the subjects of parenting and eating disorders. Torvalds has also written several essay books that surround her family legacy of divorces, separations, and motherhood, as well as essays about anxiety and depression. Her topics have always been close to heart, emerging from a deeper perspective on life and its challenges.&nbsp;
