Hot Dog

A perforated body is found on the floor of a bar, and a gunman in an orange hoodie takes off without a word. The feared and hated ‘king of the hood’ is dead. Three years later, private investigator Jussi Vares meets a reckless old acquaintance, an ex-police officer who has new information about the unresolved case. Suddenly this contact disappears without a trace. When Vares immerses himself in the situation, things go against the odds and he finds himself in a world of disastrous performance artists, a trio of gangsters, barbecue parties where hand grenades replace corn on the cob, and four centimeters of ice-cold steel in a sensitive place.
