The hugely popular wall art company Desenio launched their Astrid Lindgren Collection this week. The collection features several of Astrid Lindgren’s most popular characters – including Karlsson on the Roof, illustrated by Ilon Wikland.
Desenio’s new Astrid Lindgren Collection features 12 illustrated art prints, including three famous quotes from the fearless and fun-loving Pippi Longstocking, mischievous Emil in Lönneberga and the all-knowing Karlsson on the Roof.

Karlsson is, in his own words, a handsome, thoroughly clever, perfectly plump man in his prime with a small propeller attached to his back for flying. The first book about Karlsson was released back in 1955. In total Astrid Lindgren wrote three Karlsson on the Roof books, all illustrated by Ilon Wikland.
