The familiar characters from the Mauri Kunnas book The Seven Doghill Brothers receive their own gold coin – for the first time ever.

The gold coin features the cover of the book The Seven Dog Brothers by Mauri Kunnas, a canine interpretation of Aleksis Kivi’s novel “Seven Brothers”, one of the cornerstones of Finnish literature. This Mauri Kunnas and Moneta collaboration celebrates the 150th anniversary of the release of the Aleksis Kivi classic novel. Accompanied by a coloured book case with a magnetic capsule, and a doggerel touch in the form of a bone-shaped, wooden number plate – the certificate of authenticity has individual numbering (1–500).
