Little Ghost Laban is a ghost who’s afraid of the dark. His scary, yet kind, father has high hopes for his son, but Laban is more interested in helping out around the castle than learning the spooky business. His sister Labolina is feisty, full of fun, and has a very strong voice that keeps them all awake at night.
Daddy Ghost is the master scarer in the castle Gomorronsol, but one night he wakes up feeling ill – he has turned red! The next night he’s blue – and so it goes on and Daddy Ghost keeps changing colours.
Little Ghost Laban must take over and run the spooky show in the big castle, and he gets help from the castle’s little prince. But, they soon find out that running the show is very tiring and difficult. Will Daddy get better to properly spook the people around?
A delightful story that also teaches small readers colours and weekdays through repetition.
