This week has also been all about happy publication days around the globe.

Scribe released the English edition of Cristina Sandu’s second book The Union of Synchronised Swimmers (Vesileikit) with a massive campaign including posters, postcards, window vinyl and beach towels. The author celebrated the release with her agent last evening in sunny Helsinki.

Celebrated author Siri Kolu had triple joy this week with a whopping three book publications:

Little Tiger Press’ publication is special as it’s actually the first time that the book is published in English and the first book in translation for the UK publisher. Editor Mattie Whitehead shares her thoughts about the experience of publishing her first book in translation in an interview with blog Worldkidlit, read the entire interview here.

Me and the Robbersons has received numerous enthusiastic blogger reviews prior to the launch of the book, including this review quote:

“Me and the Robbersons is pure enjoyment and escapism and is a read that allows children to live adventurously at a time when the global pandemic has severely limited our own adventures on the roads with sweet-stealing loveable bandits.”
